Top Ten Most Expensive Streets In Spain In 2021

Idealista has compiled a new list of top ten most expensive streets in Spain in 2021 for property purchase, and, predictably, Comunidad Valenciana is nowhere to be found. Mallorca is the reigning champion once more.

In a new list, the leading property portal in our country, Idealista, has named top ten most expensive streets in Spain in 2021 for property purchase. Island of Mallorca was declared again as a place with the most expensive street to buy property in Spain – where to move in, you would need at least €7million.

To be exact, In Calle Sant, in the town of Calvia in Mallorca, a property comes with an average asking price of €7,043,750. 

Following close behind in second place is Malaga, in the Costa del Sol, where house prices in the Coto Zagaleta are around €7,042,462. Located in the village of Benahavis, near Marbella, the gated community offers a range of high-end homes. Set within extensive grounds on a former hunting estate, residents have access to an exclusive resort and country club.  

Ranked in third place is Mozart Street, in Marbella, with properties priced at around €5,932,489.

Marbella also has another street on the list, in the fourth spot, with homes in the Cascada de Camoján development priced at €5,444,000.


The capital Madrid comes only at 5th place. High-end homes, priced at €5,248,039 on average, can be found in La Finca, or the Paseo de los Lagos in Pozuelo de Alarcón, as it is also known.

Madrid is also ranked in the sixth spot, with homes going for €4,972,656 in La Moraleja residential development, in Paseo del Conde de los Gaitanes.

In seventh place is Calle Cañete, in Marbella, with an average property price of €4,883,602.

Madrid is featured in the ranking again in eighth place. Homes in Calle del Camino Ancho, in La Moraleja, offer properties with an average price tag of €4,751,654.

Marbella is ranked in ninth place, where sought-after homes come with an asking price of €4,625,158 on the Sierra Blanca development.

In the tenth spot is Majorca, where property in Vía Cornisa de Calvià sells for an average price of €4,608,732.

To conduct the research, Idealista analysed the property prices of homes on streets where a minimum of 10 homes were being sold. 

The website then calculated the average asking price of each street to identify top ten most expensive streets in Spain in 2021.
