Best Beaches In Valencian Community In 2021 For Social Distance

We’re used to a variety of lists, and in the Corona era, there are also numerous pandemic-specific lists. In one published recently, Dosel and Muchavista beaches were named the best beaches in Valencian Community for social distance.

National Geographic has published a list of “The 25 ideal Spanish beaches to maintain social distance.” There are two beaches in the Valencian Community on this list: Dosel beach and Muchavista beach.

Dosel beach is located in the town of Cullera and is also known as “the lighthouse beach.” The beach is located to the north of town, bordering the beach of Mareny de Sant Llorenç and Cape Cullera. It is 1,460 meters long and 50 meters wide on average. Dosel is well-known for its low occupancy rate, semi-urban setting, and blue flag status.

According to the municipality’s tourism website, it is the area’s most pristine beach. It is well-known for its scenic beauty, with one of the most prominent dune ridges in the region. Furthermore, it is a part of the Albufera Natural Park. According to the website, “here the natural environment regains its splendor and meets tranquillity.”

Muchavista Beach in Alicante Province is a long stretch of golden fine sand. El Campello has a length of more than 3 kilometers and a width of 80 meters (Alicante). It has also been awarded the Blue Flag by the European Community.

It is situated in a semi-urban setting next to San Juan beach, a popular spot for swimming and water sports such as windsurfing, as well as walking or running along its pedestrian promenade (more than 3 kilometers long). The beach is accessible via the modern and comfortable Tram line that runs every 30 minutes between Alicante and El Campello. It also has a stretch of “accessible beach” for people with limited mobility, located between the Xaloc and Costa Blanca restaurants, which is uncommon in Spain. That might be a reason why it is one of the best beaches in Valencian Community.

During the summer, it provides a diverse range of activities, including cinema, sporting events, Biblioplaya, toy libraries, and hammock rentals, to name a few….
